Background: The client was in the US on an E2 visa prepared by another law firm. As visa expired client’s original lawyer filed a visa extension, but never completed the full process, and did not advise the client that he would be unable to travel without filing and obtaining a separate application through the consulate. The client came to me for help.
My work: We reassembled the entire visa package from scratch, corrected all prior mistakes, prepared a high-quality business plan, and submitted it for approval. The visa was approved.
